Pharmafill High Speed Automatic Capsule Filling machines incorporate advanced manufacturing technology which is suitable for filling powders, pellets and tablets. The machine comes with several outstanding functional and mechanical features with high filling accuracy.

SALIENT FEATURES

Fill weight adjustment within seconds. 
Tamping Mechanism enables capsules to be filled with a weight
    variation of ± 2 %.
Faulty capsule and filled capsule ejection stations with individual 
   air controls. 
Special purpose gauges are provided for quick and easy change over.
PLC system with HMI.
 Adjustable gap between dosing disk and tamping plate ensures
    minimum spillage of powder.
